The purpose of the center and its facilities are to perform the ministry of the community by:
A. Providing pastoral care at a safe and known location.
B. Providing basic Christian hospitality.
C. Facilitating the distribution of material goods and other resources as needed by those locally; provided for by benefactors of the community.
D. Providing educational opportunities for:
A deeper life in Christ.
Present and future pastoral ministers in the Orthodox Church:
a. Through; residencies and internships.
b. Pastoral, spiritual, and clinical supervision.
c. Leading a healthier fuller life within the greater local community by:
Community building, poverty alleviation, better opportunities for alternative choices via community gardening, bee keeping, et cetera.
